CiDRA's SONARtrac Process Monitoring System is a breakthrough in full-bore, non-invasive flow measurement technology. By installing on existing process lines, SONARtrac clamp-on flow monitoring systems eliminate the process disruptions associated with installing other types of flowmeters.
Sonar flow processing employs two separate, but synergistic measurement techniques. The first technique measures volumetric flow rate by monitoring turbulent "eddies" within the process flow. The second technique measures the speed at which sound propagates through the fluid to provide compositional information. Working with this data CiDRA flowmeters can measure up to 20% gas in your process by volume and provide accuracies within 1% of your flowrate as a standard! |
