CiDRA to Exhibit and Present at MEC 2018

CiDRA to Exhibit and Present Paper at MEC 2018 Mineral Engineering Conference

To be held at the Hotel Congress & Spa Villa Verde in Zawiercie, Poland, 26-29 September 2018

Wallingford, CT - September 13, 2018

Ralf Dopieralla, Director of Sales and Business Development at CiDRA Minerals Processing, will be presenting a paper titled, “Assessing the Benefits of Automatic Grinding Control Using PST Technology for True On-line Particle Size Measurement Technology” at the MEC 2018 event.

This paper will discuss an innovative technology for real-time, on-line particle size measurement that has been developed by CiDRA Minerals Processing, under its commercial name Particle Size Tracking (PST). This technology has already been proven in several commercial installations, demonstrating near 100% availability with minimal maintenance, thus overcoming the limitations of previous technologies.
Details for this presentation:
Date: Thursday, September 27th
Time: Session 1, 9:30-11:30

CiDRA will also be exhibiting at the event so please join Ralf at the conference and visit CiDRA’s stand where both the PST solution as well as CiDRA’s SONARtrac® non-contact technology will be showcased. SONARtrac systems provide a reliable measurement of flow and entrained air for improved phase fraction management. Together, these systems have been proven to overcome limitations of previous technologies and demonstrate a significant improvement in the plant’s Net Metal Production (NMP).

MEC has become one of the most highly acclaimed meetings for representatives of both science and industry working in the field of mineral engineering in Europe. The Conference will include plenary section delivered by invited foreign and domestic scientists, as well as oral and poster presentations.
